About Intermountain Systems

Our areas of expertise include computers, networks, website design, routing, firewalls and Servers in Windows, Linux, Solaris and AIX. The areas of skills include testing and support of network products such as firewalls, encryptors, routers and managed switches utilized in T1, T3, Frame, ATM, Authentication, Exchange, databases and file archival on clustered Windows 2003 Dell Server and Redhat Enterprize Severs. My daily activities included support of Fedora and Ubuntu File, Samba, User, WIKI, websites and daily backups and DNS Servers and workstations. In designing website our objectives are simple yet visually effective websites that do well with search engines and keep people attentive to content. With these task the creation of security policies and operational procedures for these large support operations has been necessary to complete the contracts.

We can work together or can service your needs right from my office in the bay area, DSL or dialup, I can resolve your computer problems fast, efficient and probably for less than a tank of Gas for a Bug.

 History

(I.S.) Intermountain Systems started in Burney and the Bay Area in 2004. In 2006 we closed the Burney Office and moved back to Newark. I.S has serviced computers for many years through-out the world. Intermountain Systems is providing online computer services for the mountain and/or (remote) areas or just down the street. We have maintained several Burney clients by providing remote services and scheduled visits. With the cost of fuel and the requirements governments to be green, remote service is necessary no matter how far we are from each other.

Mission;
Mission of Intermountain Systems (I.S.) is provide computer,  website, communication and network services with a green emphasis on what can be done incrementally to facilitate less energy usage and/or implementing solutions that save power by using alternative power sources, application and computer operation control for home and small businesses. As the evolution of technology continues, we at I.S. will employ tested solution to promote less energy usage.
